Tipping in Peru
All of our staff are paid properly and do not depend on tips to make a living wage. However tipping for good service is appreciated if you feel it is warranted. Amounts are obviously discretionary, but as a rough guide, we recommend the following for good service during your visit to Peru.
Bell-Boys etc.
3 - 5 Soles / $1 - $3 USD
Restaurants
10% on restaurant bills is more than acceptable

Please note your guide will give part of the tip to the driver, you don’t need to tip the driver separately.
